Mary MacInnis

Mary Margaret MacInnis was born in Prince Edward Island and is now resident of Chester, Nova Scotia. She has been painting for ten years and prefers oils. Her painting has been influenced by Chester artists Jose Antonio Valverde-Alcade, Don Curley, Copas and Michael Flynn. She graduated from St. Francis Xavier University, studied drawing at the Nova Scotia college of Art and Design, water colour with William Proust and worked in fashion design. Her favourite subjects are still life and nature. She is currently studying with Lynda Diamond.
