Once-in-a-Blue-Moon Sale Nicole Anderson, Geoff
Bennett, Catherine Linfield, Beverley McInnes, Vicki Maclean, Johanna
Steffen and Michelle Yorke, will be showing some pieces that have
been dramatically discounted for various reasons (those with small
defects, works in a different style from their usual work, older work,
work that needs to be reframed, etc.) at Mahone Bay’s The
Moorings Gallery.
For example, Catherine Linfield will be reducing the prices of all of her work including her horses by 40% and the reason, according to Catherine is as follows: "In the same way that you raise colts with loving care and attention, soon you have too many to feed, and must send some that are ready out into the world to caring owners." This exhibit opens on Saturday, October 23rd, 2010, at 11:00 am and runs until November 25th, 2010 |
